From what I understand, the conversion takes a good three to four hours to occur, and errors out at the end of the progress bar. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the exact error message from the client, as they are they only ones who have seen it.

When importing the 2000 database into 2010 on a workstation, all seems to go smoothly until the very end of the conversion. The problem lies in the conversion of the existing database from 2000 to 2010, as one would expect. Three Windows XP Pro SP3 workstations access the database daily for routine business tasks. ACT! 2000 database hosted on their in-house Windows 2000 server, not sharing the app just the database. I am not well experienced with ACT!, but am aware of what it is and how it works.
